Horrible customer service. Auto accident, not the at fault party. Last contact they said they had to contact their insured party, who was at fault, days go by, I contacted them, and literally had to explain to the representative how to do their job! No contact had even been attempted by the party they have insured to recieve any reports from their insured party

Truly have no faith in Geico at all in handling this claim in any type of professional or timely manner!
