We have been quite satisfied with the service. My husband had an incident on the highway when a tire from a semi unexpectedly came off and he accidentally ran over it. Although our premiums did increase slightly, it wasn't significant, and I appreciated that we didn't have to struggle to get our vehicle fixed, which would have cost us thousands out of pocket. A few months later, they also replaced my windshield after a rock hit it, and the process was very straightforward. Overall, I have been extremely happy with their service.
