Had a leak on my roof caused directly by storm damage. These clowns sent a surveyor out who was not a roofer who then wrote a report saying it was wear and tear despite me providing quotes from experts. Instead they offered to cover the damage on the interior of my property. What would be the point in repairing the plasterboard / inside hole if the leak itself was not repaired..... avoid and avoid LV who appointed these
