I am very disappointed with my experience. Despite requesting a new account due to repeated unauthorized payments, the issue continues regardless of new cards being issued. I've contacted several representatives without a satisfactory resolution and filed a formal complaint. Closing the existing account and issuing a new one should have been straightforward, but it wasn't handled promptly. Since the unauthorized payments began, the problems remain unresolved, and communication has been poor, with conflicting information. I’ve decided to close my account and seek alternatives. I cannot recommend this service based on my experience.
