As if the issues with this service weren't already bad enough, they have updated their terms and conditions, meaning you no longer automatically receive six months interest-free. Instead, you must apply online after the sale. Additionally, overseas purchases no longer qualify for this benefit. This is just the latest in a long list of deceptive practices mentioned in other reviews. If you have this card, pay it off and get rid of it. If you're considering getting one, please don’t.

I've contacted several representatives without a satisfactory resolution and filed a formal complaint. Closing the existing account and issuing a new one should have been straightforward, but it wasn't handled promptly. Since the unauthorized payments began, the problems remain unresolved, and communication has been poor, with conflicting information. I’ve decided to close my account and seek alternatives. I cannot recommend this service based on my experience.

The money hasn’t returned to the merchant despite their claim of receipt. I’ve called the help line multiple times, receiving various excuses, and the funds are still missing. After escalating the issue, I was told someone would contact me, but there has been no follow-up. I filled out a complaints form only to receive a response saying they would get back to me in 30 days. This is incredibly frustrating, especially since the money is in their account.
By far the most unreliable contractor, with missed appointments, poor workmanship, and jobs taking months to complete. They even create fake appointments. It’s shocking, especially when councils expect things to be done right the first time.
