The money hasn’t returned to the merchant despite their claim of receipt. I’ve called the help line multiple times, receiving various excuses, and the funds are still missing. After escalating the issue, I was told someone would contact me, but there has been no follow-up. I filled out a complaints form only to receive a response saying they would get back to me in 30 days. This is incredibly frustrating, especially since the money is in their account.
