Signed up for subscription. There is no option to cancel anywhere in the account portal. So I emailed support to cancel and they never get back to me. It’s been two weeks. I’ve sent multiple emails. I had to list the charges as fraud on my account and get a new card just to stop getting charged from them. This is a scam. Do not sign up! If you want honest trading education check out Ross Cameron Warrior Trading on YouTube. Most honest trader out there. He has so much free education, but if you want his services, I was able to get a free trial and had no issues canceling when I was done.
Supposed to be a one-time payment and have been getting charged monthly now. Have written an email requesting it to be canceled and did not get a response, but I did get charged for another month. I don’t know what these charges are even for because the course is a joke. Each alleged course, I don’t see how they can consider any of the short videos to be part of a course, is a waste of time where the trading guru (lol) stumbles over his words and contradicts himself continuously. So I do not recommend wasting your money on this. You would be better off buying a book on trading if you want to get some actual content and education.
I had been following Joovier for a while and finally decided I will get his course. I actually thought I was joining his "inner circle" when I signed up but it was just a course. As soon as I joined they started trying to get more money out of me. One guy called me and I was surprised to find out that it was $5k to join his inner circle. I said I need to get some results from the course I bought first before doing so. When I started going thru the course I realized it was pretty much what he had on youtube for free already. It was a waste of money but I'm only out of $400 so it was a lesson learned.
I ordered the Mastery Trading course which includes everything! To date, 5 days later, I have not received my course. I emailed them several times, copied my order number to them and still no course. I filed a dispute with paypal and finally, they responded. Stay away...these people are fraudulent. And, it takes 7 days on paypal to elevate the dispute to a complaint. So, I'm on hold to even get my money back. What a terrible company!!!!
