The support team did an excellent job; they are quick and effective in connecting students with tutors. However, I believe that offering four free classes of an hour and a half each is excessive, especially when a student may only need a couple of lessons. In fact, I had a student who only wanted two sessions and communicated that after the second class.
I am eager to teach the Shona Language as there are many parents in America who want their children to learn it. This could also help when visitors from our country come to Zimbabwe 🇿🇼, enabling them to communicate in Shona. Makadii? How are you?
As a tutor on the platform, I had my first student complete 4 lessons, and I was assured I would receive a payout of SAR 390. I was told the payout process could take up to 30 working days, but over 40 days have passed without any payment. Despite my numerous follow-ups through the platform and email, the support team keeps stating that the issue is with the Finance department, yet I have not received any transaction reference, payment date, or satisfactory explanation. This situation has been very frustrating, particularly for a first payout, and raises significant doubts about the platform's reliability for tutors.

My tutor meets me face to face at a cafe, and it’s perfect. I prefer in-person lessons as an older learner with slightly diminished hearing; sitting across from her has been great. She is always prepared, and the lessons have been incredibly helpful.
Warning: Potential Scam! Very disappointed with this service. Teachers work for two weeks without pay, with promises of half the money if the student doesn't continue. These promises are never kept, and I haven't received any payment for my work. This will be reported for fraud.
