I am extremely disappointed after experiencing four consecutive orders that were not delivered on the scheduled day as arranged by the carrier. For the last order, I opted for premium delivery, expecting a reliable service. Instead, I received standard delivery and had to wait all day again, only for the package to arrive three days late without any status update. I sought a refund for the £7 postage, which I believed was reasonable, but the response was an offer of just £2 since it was deemed delivered within the standard timeframe. This was particularly frustrating as the item I ordered was quite expensive, costing £249.99, and I wanted to ensure it arrived on time. The total for these four orders exceeded £1000. After waiting six days for four parcels, plus additional delays, during a busy time of year, I found myself sending multiple messages about the status of these costly items. Customer service acknowledged the issues with the carrier but still chose to use standard delivery for my latest order, followed by an insulting refund offer. This experience has led me to decide that I will no longer order from this company and am considering returning the items, one of which was a birthday gift for my daughter, forcing me to purchase a replacement. I cannot trust this service anymore, hence my one-star rating, which reflects my first experience of such poor service after many years as a customer.
