I recently purchased a piece of hydrothermal emerald rough. It was represented to be about 7mm thick. The piece I received was only 3.5 mm thick and not useful for my purpose. I contacted them about returning the item. They offered to find a 7mm piece and asked me to return the original item. I have now returned the item and my tracking shows they have received it. Now they will no longer respond to my request for the status of a refund or if they will send the thicker replacement. It appears I have lost my purchase price of $103 plus an additional $18 for return shipping.
