I love the quality gem stones purchased. The ordering process is straight forward and the selection is outstanding. The only issue I encountered was a delay in delivery and this is related to the Country the product is being ordered from and not the business itself. I made an inquiry about the purchase and Sam was great in communicating the status of the order and provided tracking for me. I bought an aquamarine stone, it arrived in less than 10 days to Australia. It’s hard to get loose stones in Australia, to make a custom made ring. The stone I ordered was beautiful and even the jeweller commented that it is high quality.

I was thrilled to find Gemsngems because their selection of lab-created stones is excellent, including some that are particularly hard to find, even unique. As a jeweler this doesn't happen to me very often, but I was genuinely excited to place my first order because so many of their products looked amazing and were so far behind.
