I was initially skeptical about this online jewelry company. I called the number on the website and spoke to someone named Jonathan. I emailed Jonathan back and forth with the most random and last minute questions and I was very impressed with his customer service. Jonathan was very helpful, friendly, patient, understanding and kind throughout my entire shopping experience!To make sure that I was being a savvy shopper, I also took the time to go visit our local jeweler. The jeweler quoted me a price that was double what Jonathan quoted me. Our jeweler told me that Jonathan's price was a good price and he couldn't beat it. *welp*I was very very apprehensive to proceed with placing an online order. I am the type of person that PREFERS to visually see and touch my jewelry before purchasing it. The decision to move forward with this company turned out to be a good decision in the end. The other thing that was stressful for me is that my fiancé is NOT a jewelry type of person at all whatsoever!!!! My fiancé would have been completely happy and content with wearing a string of floss as a symbol of our love if there was an option to do so.However, my fiancé saw a ring design that caught his eye and I had no issues going above and beyond for him...by getting a ring with a unique design made just for him. Even though my fiancé tells me that I "am extra", he deserves the ring and more! The entire process of placing the order, reviewing/approving the CAD design and final delivery took about 3 weeks. I also made sure to add engraving to the ring which was fun too!The ring was delivered to our local Fedex store (signature required) and it looked EXACTLY like the CAD and even more beautiful in person! It is a solid 14K white gold (size 13) ring with five small sapphire stones. My fiancé absolutely loves his ring and told me he wanted to wear his ring for the rest of the day! We are very happy with the purchase and I am looking forward to working with Jonathan again.
