I ordered my stones on November 11th but never received a delivery date. After inquiring, I received a tracking number, only to find out my stones had been sent to Scotland, while I live in York! When I asked about this mix-up, I was told not to worry and that my order would arrive soon. That was two weeks ago. I’ve contacted them multiple times with no response. I had to start reclaim procedures with my bank, which I didn't want to do; I just wanted my order. I feel hopeless about my son's Christmas present arriving. Despite many positive reviews, I can't understand why my order has gone so wrong. I checked with Royal Mail, who informed me that the delivery address was incorrect. I confirmed that my details were accurate, and they said only the sender could resolve this issue. The seller did not offer to send a replacement and instead pressured me to stop the bank reclaim process. I just wanted what I paid for!
