Hi all, Please don’t trust this company. I placed an order and paid for it. They sent me an email saying the order shipped and it would take 5 weeks. After 5 weeks I did not receive the order and emailed them. They did not respond so I created a dispute with the bank. Then they got upset and emailed me saying they never received my email and my order shipped.
I told them I would only drop the dispute if they could prove the order is coming to my address and name with a US carrier. They could not provide that evidence saying the tariffs and backlog caused the delay. They say it should arrive in 14 days but the tracking info they sent me on 17track website (which never stated my name and address ) says 45 additional days after being shipped on Oct 31st and getting on a plane on Nov 5th. They also gave me a handwritten note with my name saying it shipped. They have also sent warehouse photos of packages which could have came from anywhere on the internet or AI. They also sent me an official notice about mail being suspended as of November 18th which contradicts their tracking information.
On top of that they constantly emailed and messaged me saying they will take legal action if I didn’t drop the dispute. AVOID buying here at ALL costs! Terrible!

They failed to offer that proof, citing tariffs and backlog as reasons for the delay. They claimed it would arrive in 14 days, but the tracking information they provided indicated an additional 45 days after shipping on October 31st and boarding a plane on November 5th. They also sent me a handwritten note with my name claiming it had shipped and warehouse photos of packages that could have originated from anywhere. Additionally, they sent me a notice about mail suspension as of November 18th, contradicting their tracking updates. To make matters worse, they kept sending me emails threatening legal action if I didn’t drop the dispute. I strongly urge everyone to avoid making a purchase here!

I want to warn others about this fraudulent seller. I bought what was advertised as a genuine Alexandrite stone, complete with a certificate of authenticity. However, after having it examined by a certified gemologist, I discovered it was fake, and the certificate was forged. I have collected all necessary evidence and documentation to support my claim, including expert verification and communication with the seller. When I confronted them with proof and requested a refund, they blocked me and ceased all communication. This behavior clearly indicates dishonest business practices. I strongly recommend avoiding this seller.
I ordered my stones on November 11th but never received a delivery date. After inquiring, I received a tracking number, only to find out my stones had been sent to Scotland, while I live in York! When I asked about this mix-up, I was told not to worry and that my order would arrive soon. That was two weeks ago. I’ve contacted them multiple times with no response. I had to start reclaim procedures with my bank, which I didn't want to do; I just wanted my order. I feel hopeless about my son's Christmas present arriving. Despite many positive reviews, I can't understand why my order has gone so wrong. I checked with Royal Mail, who informed me that the delivery address was incorrect. I confirmed that my details were accurate, and they said only the sender could resolve this issue. The seller did not offer to send a replacement and instead pressured me to stop the bank reclaim process. I just wanted what I paid for!
