I managed to start HRT within two months back in 2020, which is the only positive I can mention about the company. Communication is nearly non-existent, the pricing is outrageous, and they consistently fail to provide the administrative support I've paid for. The service was much better a few years ago, but now it feels like they are just after your money and not genuinely helping. I've been waiting for two weeks for some admin support that should have arrived within 24 hours. If you can afford this service, I suggest exploring other options.
