Poor service and hidden fees

I signed up for a financial investment. First, it took them five months to credit my funds, during which they had access to my capital with no returns. Second, they charged a 2.5% upfront fee that was never disclosed. Third, it's impossible to reach customer service; they only take inquiries through intermediaries and never respond. I do not recommend investing with them.

Paying for a worthless service

You're paying for a worthless service. Horrible experience! My father had a car issue in another country six days ago, and they vanished. I had to drive 750 km to pick him up, and the car is still there with no follow-up from their so-called 'assistance.' What a disgrace!
