I bought travel medical insurance through Expedia underwritten by Generali. They will find reasons not to pay. Terrible service. They close the file multiple times, every time you send what they asked for they will ask for more and then the cycle restarts. 16 months later I still did not get a penny. The worst insurer I have ever dealt with. UPDATE: They finally were able to locate my file, reopened it and then asked AGAIN the same papers that do not exist. The invoices provided by the doctor were not accepted by this insurer. They need invoices that only exist in their imagination. Do not waste your money because from the reviews I see on the net this is not an Inssurance company but a huge scam.
