I bought travel delay insurance and had to use it due to my flight being cancelled due to lack of sufficient crew. I submitted my claim and they responded with an offer that omitted part of my claim. Rather than fight, I accepted the offer. When emailed for my opinion by Generali (you know the ones they NEVER read) I mentioned the omitted item. They contacted me and granted the whole claim. Very satisfied.
