Very, very disappointed with this company for travel insurance. I travel frequently and always purchase insurance. Purchased travel insurance for an upcoming trip that was cancelled due to turbulence in the Middle East. The claim process was difficult to navigate, emailed response lacked clarity. Upon visiting the website, I see the denied claim and now chasing for a person to provide clarity via email or phone. Seems like a lot of effort to understand my policy and their loopholes to forfeit my claim. Recommend you spend dollars elsewhere.
