Absolutely terrible experience, would give zero stars if I could. My appointment took place, and my prescription was supposedly sent to the pharmacy. I reached out to the pharmacy three times, but there was no prescription under my name. When I tried to contact the service again, they were completely unhelpful. There's no phone number available, only a text option. I would strongly advise against using this service!
