General medicine is awesome, a true lifesaver. I needed medical(non emergency) help with my finger. They were very helpful with my case. I spoke with two doctors that helped me along the way. I'm feeling better and I was able to get all the help that I needed while I remained at home.
Great FAST service. It is all done via text. They don’t make you FaceTime, which is great. Nobody wants to FaceTime when they are miserable and not feeling well. Rx was sent within minutes and they messaged to check in and make sure I was able to get my meds and see how I was doing.
Invaluable assistance for my trip to Uganda. The doctor utilized current CDC information for my vaccines, and all medications were promptly sent to the pharmacy. The follow-up and the ability to text the doctors were very beneficial. I had numerous questions, and they addressed each one. It was a seamless experience, and I highly recommend this service.
The service is affordable, even without insurance. They arranged my appointment quickly, and the doctor who conducted the virtual meeting was excellent. The follow-up doctors were also knowledgeable, thorough, and professional, showing genuine concern for my well-being. Absolutely terrible experience, would give zero stars if I could. My appointment took place, and my prescription was supposedly sent to the pharmacy. I reached out to the pharmacy three times, but there was no prescription under my name. When I tried to contact the service again, they were completely unhelpful. There's no phone number available, only a text option. I would strongly advise against using this service!
I strongly endorse the team at the medical service. Accessing care was straightforward, and the appointments I attended were comprehensive, welcoming, and cooperative. When a health concern arose while I was switching insurance providers, it was a tremendous relief to consult with physicians who could assist me promptly and affordably. I'm truly thankful for this service and will be recommending it to friends and family for their needs as well.

I needed a short-term refill for my hypertension and anxiety medications. As a retired EMS and firefighter, I understand the importance of timely medication. After a visit, I was informed I needed lab work on Christmas Eve before I could get my meds. I strongly advise against using this service; they took my payment but created obstacles for my short-term needs. I managed to send one of the prescriptions, but the other was discarded. Even though the pharmacy had the refill information, they still didn’t fill it. In the end, they took my money without providing the service, leaving my family out $30. Please consider alternatives!
