Absolutely ridiculous process I went through

absolute ridiculous process I went through to purchased a 2019 Chevy Equinox. The receptionist at the front desk as you walk in. This lady is amazing the way she treats people and goes out of her way to help every customer that she can. I give her nothing but the highest praise.This was very unpleasant to go through with this dealership. The lack of communication among people. Mark Ball work with me and was very good at taking care of me and knowing his job. That's about where the positive at this dealership stops. I purchased a certified 2019 Equinox with 17,000 which had supposedly been put through 130 some points of inspection that they gave me a paperwork for such actions. After purchasing the car walking to leave I noticed that the top of the car and the shark fin antenna did not sit on the roof. I showed Mark and he went to retrieve a services associate that I assume was a manager. He stated he will get it fixed when I bring my key in to get it programmed. I brought the car in and then they decided oh no they would not fix it! This was going to be timely to remove the headliner and fix this problem. So obviously you have to ask how much of the certification check sheet was even inspected. Obviously my vehicle it was not inspected. "Promise made promise kept" my assI went to the license branch to get my plates and title changed on the 44th day because they stated it takes a while to do this. The DMV stated they have not received the proper paperwork on the odometer reading so I can proceed with such actions. I called Muncie corporate and they stated that the dealership had not got the proper paperwork for the mileage that was on the odometer. So I wonder how many miles are really on the vehicle or what the problem was with the mileage sheet. The license branch stated they gave them the wrong mileage? Finally they gave me a dealer plate to use until this problem is resolved. After 64 days I receive a call that I can go get my plates.My girlfriend decided to purchase a new 2022 Chevy Equinox while I was purchased mine. She had to order it and wait for it to come in which did go find! When she received her Equinox Mark stated that they would tint the front windows to match the back windows $150. After she received the unit it did not have any tinting on the back windows. We went and seen Mark and he stated for another $100 they would do the back windows and the front. A total of $250. The first $150 was placed on to the loan and we witness mark writing it on the paperwork. We went to pick up vehicle on Marks after I receive so. Marks day off but still was keeping up on this for her. Mark stated to see Jason in financing. We did as he stated. Jason stated to us nothing had been paid on tint! The total amount due was $250. Mark told them earlier what was going on he stated on the phone but they forgot to do the paperwork they stated. It was on the we owe paperwork. During the conversation with Jason about the situation I asked Jason to call Mark he would straighten it out. Jason just became a smart-ass about the whole thing! He just wanted to argue with me about calling Mark on the phone. He kept going to the point that he made me very mad steady it's not here it's not here until the pointI raised my voice and got very upset!!! My girlfriend ,brother a friend of my girlfriend and myself have purchased vehicles in the last 2 months from Hubler! I wish I had it all to do again because it would have never happened at Greg Huber Chevrolet in camby Indiana. I totally feel Jason deliberately twisting words and lying about Mark calling and the fact that it had been partially paid on the paperwork that mysteriously didn't show up on his behalf. The gentleman that runs the facility which I have forgotten his name came over to me and my girlfriend after the whole thing blew up and stated they would cover the charge for the windows. Very nice gentleman but there's some serious lack of communication and respect towards customers at this facility. This is how my experience went at camby hubler Chevrolet! I'm sure this dealership has a lot of unhappy customers! So this needs to be looked into!"Promise made promise kept" That's the biggest line of bull I've ever heard!
