Frustrating warranty experience

I needed warranty work done and took my travel trailer in early December 2024. I had a list of repairs approved by the manufacturer, but only one was completed by the time I needed it in late January. Items on the list were marked as 'done,' but they had not been addressed. I returned for further repairs, and despite following up throughout the year, the communication was poor. I dropped my camper off for final repairs in mid-September, but my case worker was absent. I was told to fix issues myself, even though they were on the original list. I eventually settled for a black awning because I couldn't wait for a new one. After the repairs, I discovered my stove was disassembled and missing screws. I reported this, but the dealership refused to take responsibility. I won't be returning to this dealership and advise others to avoid them, especially for repairs.
