Extremely disappointed with the dealership experience

If I could rate lower than one star, I would. This dealership has been the worst we've encountered. We purchased a new camper and faced issues from day one. Fast forward nearly three years, and we broke down on our way to Florida. We've had five flat tires and now can't travel without a spare after being stranded. We reached out to the service team, but they showed no concern. Despite my husband's calls, we haven't received confirmation about a spare tire. Additionally, our hot water tank developed a leak, and our microwave has malfunctioned. Thankfully, we found a mobile service to help us get back on the road. The build quality of the 2022 model is disappointing, especially considering it was made during the pandemic. I'm concerned for safety and feel my complaints have been ignored.

Disappointed with warranty service

I took my 2024 41’ RV from Long Island, NY, to the west Chester location for a warranty issue. It was a long, expensive drive. They had to order parts, which left my unit sitting there for about a month, and with the weather getting colder, I had to decide to winterize it. They charged me almost $900 to winterize my unit, which I felt was a rip-off, given that it was their fault my unit sat there. I will never buy from this dealership again. They lied about warranty issues I could handle locally, which turned out to be untrue. I had to travel across the country for service, and they seemed indifferent to my situation. I've even lost friends as customers due to my experience. Take my advice and stay away from this dealership.

If I could give a zero, I would. This dealership is the worst we've ever encountered. We bought a new camper from them and have faced issues from day one. We found a nearby campground and reached out to the service team with our dilemma, but they showed no concern. Despite my husband's numerous calls, we still haven't received confirmation about a spare tire and rim. Additionally, during our stay, our hot water tank developed a leak, leaving us without water (a new system was installed just last year), and our microwave has also malfunctioned. Thankfully, we found a mobile service that can fit us in and help us get back on the road. The camper we bought is a 2022 model, and its build quality is disappointing, especially considering it was manufactured during the pandemic. I'm worried that someone might get seriously hurt before anyone takes our complaints seriously; I’ve reported enough issues to the manufacturer and the dealership!

Terrible service experience

The service here is terrible. The service advisors don't last long, and there is a pattern of lies and misinformation regarding repairs. I cannot recommend this dealership. They excel at misleading customers and treating them poorly. Had I known about their numerous bad reviews for repairs, I would have never made a purchase here!

I just purchased a Class C RV! The representative was incredible—knowledgeable, patient, and understanding. He really took the time to meet my needs. The financing process was handled professionally, and it made my experience smooth and simple.

I completely agree with the other one-star reviews. Waiting seven hours to winterize should not be the norm.

Deposit not refunded

I put down a $2000 deposit but had to rescind the deal four days later due to unexpected personal reasons. They refused to refund the deposit, even after the salesman assured me that they typically do not keep deposits. I live close to their facility and plan to buy a Class C in the spring since they have a good inventory, but now I will go elsewhere.

Lack of response from management

I reached out to the CEO regarding issues with an RV purchased at a recent show. After initially feeling everything was resolved, we faced issues with delivery and paperwork. The entire process has been frustrating, with miscommunication and cancellations. I’ve taken time off work, and depending on how things go, I may leave a negative review for the local store. If I could give them a zero, I would. They could rectify this but choose not to.

Frustrating warranty experience

I needed warranty work done and took my travel trailer in early December 2024. I had a list of repairs approved by the manufacturer, but only one was completed by the time I needed it in late January. Items on the list were marked as 'done,' but they had not been addressed. I returned for further repairs, and despite following up throughout the year, the communication was poor. I dropped my camper off for final repairs in mid-September, but my case worker was absent. I was told to fix issues myself, even though they were on the original list. I eventually settled for a black awning because I couldn't wait for a new one. After the repairs, I discovered my stove was disassembled and missing screws. I reported this, but the dealership refused to take responsibility. I won't be returning to this dealership and advise others to avoid them, especially for repairs.

Rushed and misled

From the start, they rush you, mislead you, and try to take advantage. I’ve been trying for weeks to get them to fix minor issues on my new RV, and this negative experience has really affected my trust in people. Most of the staff at this location seem dishonest. We keep trying to get the help we need, but I feel compelled to escalate this situation—it feels like fraud. We’ve even tried to reach the General Manager, leaving recorded messages, yet received no response. This speaks volumes about their integrity. I could go on for a while about how corrupt this place is. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS.
