Additional information as requested to confirm my review is genuine! Quote from your method statement for Derwent Rise Seaton 'it is not anticipated that the works will generate excessive dust ' well every existing resident close to the site during the 2 months of dry weather earlier this year experienced excessive amounts of dust in their homes, cars and on their washing because you made no attempt to dampen down areas with water suppression! No sprinklers or hoses were used to dampen exposed soil. No windbreak netting was used on site to suppress dust. All of the above measures are mandatory in your Construction Method Statement and none of these were implemented. You are also causing flooding issues to properties next to the Derwent Rise site and you are ignoring all requests from residents to resolve this major issue. Once again you do not have the community in mind and in my opinion are negligent in your methods.
