We decided to purchase our new home at Meadow Rigg, Kendal in Jan 2025.We weren’t actually looking to buy a new build but when we saw the house and size of the garden we loved it. Kate Barrie was extremely helpful and supportive.My mum sadly became very ill and passed away during this process which meant I was spending a lot of time in Manchester. Kate was so understanding of our short delay. When moving day arrived Kate and the team were there advising us of what the next steps are and offering nothing but support.We love our new home and it’s thanks to Kate and the site team that our experience was excellent.We have had some snags of course that’s to be expected and we have had an ongoing issue with our garden.Genesis after sales were understanding and tried to help however the issue was with the contractor.Genesis after sales did follow up with us regularly but at time their response was slow (we understand how busy they must be with a new estate) which meant we referred to Kate from sales. As ever she was there for us and understanding.Thanks to Kate and the site team at Meadow Rigg for making our house move brilliant. We love it!!!
