The sales experience was really good and Kate was great and really helpful.We are really pleased with the house and locationThe score is affected by the customer service experience after the exchange though. Any issues reported are not acknowledged u less you chase them up and you can't actually speak to anyone-it just goes to voicemail.Any emails you send dont get replied too and they just seem to send the issue to a contractor and then wash their hands of it. That is not a good customer experience, the issue should be managed and the contractor chased for updates, then this should be communicated with us(as the customer). Instead the customer has to chase the contactor (if you know who they are) and chase customer service for any sort of update. One issue we had I went to Kate (our sales rep) who was then really helpful and managed to get us an update. But that is not how it is supposed to work.
