Just wanted to post a genuine review of Genesis Castle Hill Service Centre and Guy's team, which includes Anton, Pedro and admin staff. Unfortunately due to a family situation, I wasn't able to complete a purchase of a Genesis GV70 (An incredible vehicle). Guy and his team were so approachable and professional in how they accommodated my circumstances. No pressure, just genuine and compassionate diligence to my situation.
