The young women at the front desk came across as inconvenienced and flat-out rude. Customer service is nil, and considering the very personal, sensitive, and intimate circumstances for families, respect shouldn't be an afterthought. At one point, my wife couldn't stop sneezing and asking and thanking one of the young ladies for tissues seemed to be an inconvenience, as there was no acknowledgement. Without even making eye contact, a tissue box was held in front of me and quickly placed back on her side of the plexiglass.Then there was the very strange arrangement and experience I had when my name was called. These details will remain private and I will gladly share them with the clinic if anyone were to reach out.
