I ordered on October 5, and now it’s November 24. I’ve had constant communication with their so-called customer service, and after demanding a refund, my request was ignored, though I was told my order would be fast-tracked. They claimed it was shipped on October 8, yet I have received no updates. It’s unfortunate that many others share similar issues.
