I cannot recommend ordering from this site. I've waited a month for my item, and it hasn't even shipped yet. When I reached out, customer service informed me of a delay and assured me it would be delivered in the next 7 working days. I’m still waiting. After reading similar negative reviews, I opened a payment dispute with my bank, which upset customer service. The representative I spoke with seemed more concerned about the dispute than resolving my issue. I declined to close the dispute until I received my item, especially due to concerns about authenticity raised in other reviews.
