This company / person should be ashamed of themselves. Do NOT buy of this site. ***GENEVE MAN***Ordered a jumper over 3 weeks ango, 2 weeks later I still hadn’t received an email from them regarding dispatch or delivery. I enquired about it to be told they have a 12-15 day dispatch time, I told them I wasn’t not made aware of this and to refund the order as I felt scammed. They ignored my request completely and told me they’d dispatch it very soon, I responded that I didn’t want the item I want the refund. No response. 3 weeks later, still no dispatch email. Contacted them once again and requested my refund, no response. Later that day, I receive a dispatch email with a tracking number I don’t even feel is trustworthy to click on. I contacted my bank a few days ago about the payment as I hadn’t received the dispatch emails or the parcel & give all details about the company that I possibly could. This evening they have the cheek to email me to tell me to cancel the chargeback on the order as it would help them out ‘tremendously’! Absolute joke and I would NOT entice anyone to purchase from this site.
