I saw a targeted ad on social media and placed an order at the end of October, expecting delivery in 16 days. Now, a month has passed, and I reached out for an update 10 days ago, only to find out that shipping was delayed. I requested a refund but was told they would resolve the shipping issue and that my order would arrive soon. Today, I received an email questioning why I initiated a chargeback with my bank, along with an automated response. Upon checking the product images, it appears that the items being sent are not authentic and likely counterfeit. I can't assess the product quality since it seems it may never arrive, based on the experiences of others.
