I ordered a watch online, not through one of their physical locations. Delivery was a bit slow due to some logistical issues with the courier, but I won't hold that against them. I placed my order late on a Friday, and by the following Wednesday, it was with the courier, arriving in Ireland the next Monday. In total, it took six days from order to delivery, which is decent but not exceptional. One thing I learned is that while the Canary Islands are part of Spain and the EU, they aren't in the EU's tax area, so customs were involved even though the package was within the EU. The courier managed the customs process, but it still took longer than usual for domestic shipments. As for the watch, it arrived well-packaged and undamaged. Customer service was impressive with quick email responses and straightforward answers to my questions, making for a delightful experience.
