I ordered a watch online, not through any of their physical locations. Delivery:
The processing took a bit longer than expected, but I was informed that DHL was facing some logistical challenges, so I won't hold that against them. I placed my order late on a Friday, it was handed over to DHL by the following Wednesday, and I received it in Ireland the next Monday. In total, it took 6 days from the order to delivery, which is reasonable but not exceptional. One thing I learned before ordering: Although the Canary Islands are part of Spain and the EU, they are outside the EU’s tax zone. Therefore, even though the package is moving within the EU, it has to clear customs. DHL managed this, but it took longer than my usual experiences with DHL Express within the EU (which is typically 1-2 days, compared to 3 days here). The item:

My husband recently bought a beautiful smartwatch from a location here. A wonderful lady assisted him in selecting it. We returned the next day and were helped by a lovely gentleman who set up the watch for him. The service we received from everyone was simply outstanding; they truly went above and beyond our expectations. It's a fabulous place!

I visited a boutique for an Omega watch. I was informed about a limited edition model, but only for special guests. After expressing interest, I called the next day to schedule a purchase, only to be told I could only buy it if I also purchased another model. This contradicted what I was initially told. I later contacted customer service, and while they provided differing accounts of the situation, I felt very disappointed with how this business operates. I cannot recommend them.
Fantastic! My beautiful watch arrived today, and I couldn't be happier. I previously had concerns about customer service, but it turned out to be my own error. A lovely representative even reached out to me while on holiday! I felt terrible! Now that's exceptional service. The only minor issue was that it came with a different strap than I ordered, but I love it! It's so elegant and beautiful. Great job to the team; I'm a customer for life!
