I visited a boutique for an Omega watch. I was informed about a limited edition model, but only for special guests. After expressing interest, I called the next day to schedule a purchase, only to be told I could only buy it if I also purchased another model. This contradicted what I was initially told. I later contacted customer service, and while they provided differing accounts of the situation, I felt very disappointed with how this business operates. I cannot recommend them.
