This Genion DualGlow Anchor lamp was great for lighting and functionality, but the charging port failed to charge any of my devices after 5 months. I provided a video of the issue to Customer Service, and received a new lamp, as this was under warranty.Then, 9 months later, the same issue happened with this replacement lamp, and customer service declined to offer a refund or replacement, as they stated it was out of the warranty period.One of the reasons I purchased this lamp was for the USB features, as it is very handy.Very disappointed in the poor customer service, and fault with the USB charging function.
