Love the product, fits in nicely with my desk setup. I do a lot of videos from my desk and always had shadows, this eliminates them completely! Very happy! The price made me think long and hard before buying this product, but I am very happy I did. It is well worth it!
This Genion DualGlow Anchor lamp was great for lighting and functionality, but the charging port failed to charge any of my devices after 5 months. I provided a video of the issue to Customer Service, and received a new lamp, as this was under warranty.Then, 9 months later, the same issue happened with this replacement lamp, and customer service declined to offer a refund or replacement, as they stated it was out of the warranty period.One of the reasons I purchased this lamp was for the USB features, as it is very handy.Very disappointed in the poor customer service, and fault with the USB charging function.
The lighting from this product was good. Claims on the use of USB ports was not good. After using the light only for a while, I plugged in a USB port, but the lamp blew and no power. Now just a flash of electrical contact but no power. tried another lead(from lamp 2!). No power. No manuals on how to fix this. Nothing except an email address. As this is from the US, I doubt that a UK person will have a repair option. Expensive for what it is as the arm also never did rotate as claimed. The fixture is not as mobile as advertised. Not many surfaces that I can use to clamp this to on my desk. Have used it for at least 6 months, precariously. Would not buy again.
