Having been a customer for 30 years, my recent experiences have been marked by an alarming lack of respect and ethical conduct. Two years ago, they unlawfully closed my account right before my pension was due to be deposited, despite it being a standard procedure for the past decade. The justifications provided were nonsensical. After contacting the regulatory authority, my account was reopened, but it felt like they were doing me a favor, especially as my social security was also at stake. This situation has led to significant and unmanageable consequences for me, leaving me to handle the aftermath of their poor judgment. Thankfully, I've received valuable support from another financial service during this challenging time. At 71, dealing with serious health issues, the stress inflicted upon me is simply unacceptable. I've initiated legal actions with federal agencies and have retained an attorney to pursue civil claims against them. This is how they reward long-term loyalty.
