After depositing a significant amount for a promotional offer, it vanished as soon as my account was active. The real trouble began when accessing my funds proved nearly impossible. Their website is ineffective, and I had to endure long holds just to obtain my account number. When I finally got through, they refused to share it, insisting I wait for a welcome letter. I needed access immediately. Even after linking to another bank, they blocked my transfers, effectively trapping my money. Their methods are not just inconvenient; they feel deliberately obstructive. I've never encountered such behavior with other institutions. Customer service seems to be a low priority. After closing my account, I received a call offering the original CD deal, which was no longer available. It's too little, too late.
