I ordered 6 impact sockets (5 were 3/8” drive, 1 was 1/2”). The shipping was quick and the checkout process was easy. However, I was confused when I received 5 sockets on the day of delivery. I immediately contacted Genius Tools, and they responded quickly the next day. They said that it was out of stock at the time of when my package was made, and knowing so co tinier to send the package without a socket, and without telling me. It was a little annoying but it was handled quickly and professionally, so I applaud that.
