I have been a client since 2022. On January 2, 2026, I received a transfer of about 950 EUR. Immediately, my account was blocked, requiring me to complete "Selfie Verification" in the app. For 20 days, I couldn't access my funds due to a malfunction in the app. Every attempt to complete the "Face Check" resulted in an error: "An error occurred while exchanging data with the KYC TPP provider." I sent screenshots of this issue to support multiple times. On January 19, they provided an alternative check link, which I successfully completed three times. However, on January 20 and 22, I was blocked again and told to return to the app for the "Face Check," which still didn't work.
