The financial institution Genome has a disastrous, disastrous attitude towards its clients. Personally, I have had KYC continuously since I opened my Sepa account with them. What bothers me is that they ask completely private questions that have nothing to do with the financial transactions between me and them. They do not read the complete messages you send them. They do not understand that if you are a director and owner and if you have an expense, such as driving your own vehicle, and you do not claim this money from the company, that this is not money laundering, but a travel expense, for which I have sent them 3 x documentation and there is still no understanding... In short, their attitude towards their clients is disastrous, which is also visible in the rating itself. I know that they will write now that they have strict rules and that they work according to the law. Which of course is not true, of course it is correct that you work according to the law, but do not exceed the law. Today it is really not difficult to check whether a person is really a director, owner of a company. Is it possible to be a procurator and similar information. So if the data is true, you as a financial institution cannot claim that this is not true and reject the application.
I still have some time and I can continue, because there is a lot on the business front.
So, as a service provider, I believe that their task is to check the data on individual companies, who the owner is, I handed them a huge amount of documents that I received from the notary at the time of opening. If I wanted to meet all their criteria, I could sit at the computer all day and answer their requests. Probably even a physical bank in their country does not set such conditions as they do. I know from my own experience that on the European market, most banks demand the same (Slovenia, Germany, Croatia, Slovakia). After all, we are also their valuable customers, which we should be aware of, and an unfriendly attitude towards a customer goes much further than a friendly one.
I suggest caution in business, I believe that the institution is not suitable for serious business. Sebastjan.

I feel the need to warn others about the '15-day trap' employed by this service. After successfully passing verification, I wasn't charged immediately. Instead, they waited for the 14-day cooling-off period to expire. Only after that did the monthly fee of 20 EUR appear as a debt. When I reached out to the support team to close my account and request a waiver for a service I never used, they coldly informed me it was 'too late' since the 15 days had passed. This appears to be a calculated tactic: remaining silent for 14 days, then imposing an excessive fee when users can no longer withdraw from the agreement. A fee of 20 EUR per month for a personal wallet is outrageous. They are not offering a genuine service; they are trapping users in debt. It's best to avoid this service. They seem to prioritize exploiting legal loopholes rather than being transparent and respectful to customers. There are far better options available that don't resort to such underhanded tactics.

Account blocked and funds held for 20 days due to app issues.

I have been a client since 2022. On January 2, 2026, I received a transfer of about 950 EUR. Immediately, my account was blocked, requiring me to complete "Selfie Verification" in the app. For 20 days, I couldn't access my funds due to a malfunction in the app. Every attempt to complete the "Face Check" resulted in an error: "An error occurred while exchanging data with the KYC TPP provider." I sent screenshots of this issue to support multiple times. On January 19, they provided an alternative check link, which I successfully completed three times. However, on January 20 and 22, I was blocked again and told to return to the app for the "Face Check," which still didn't work. Support responses were repetitive and ignored the app's technical issues. My funds are inaccessible. I cannot use them or return them to the sender. Ticket ID: s38097... (Semen Narkevich). Please fix your app or accept my completed verification manually! Update: January 23, 2026 - My account was unblocked today. The review worked. Thank you.
