This feels like a deliberate tactic: remain silent for 14 days and then impose a hefty fee when users can no longer exit the contract. A personal wallet fee of 20 EUR per month is outrageous. They are not providing a genuine service; they are ensnaring users in debt. It's advisable to steer clear of this service. They seem to prioritize exploiting legal loopholes over transparency and customer respect.
