I purchased a submersible pump but it arrived with a part missing. It is regrettable the pump wasn’t checked before it was despatched. Instead of sending me the missing part straight away and apologising it was inappropriately suggested that I needed to 'submit a Warranty claim' in order to have the missing part sent out.
