Frustrating experience with the product

I purchased an air compressor that worked well for a couple of months before the check valve failed. Initially, I received a solenoid valve quickly, but it didn’t resolve the issue. After reporting the problem, I only received meaningless email responses. I simply asked if the part was under warranty or where to find a genuine replacement, but I never received a clear answer. I love the product, but if this is the level of customer service, it will be my first and last purchase.
