1 perk. they offer telehealth.personally, my experience with the admin staff and therapist were sub par; lack of follow up, not remembering details about me that i'd shared during previous sessions. i understand its awkward and takes time to build rapport with a new therapist, especially electronically. i am open and flexible, but what upset me is each session we had, she had to refer to her notes as we started our sessions. it seems like a minor thing, but to me, it's an attention to detail. also, their front office staff does not respond to messages for days, sometimes weeks at a time. my insurance does not charge copays for telehealth visits(i spoke with the insurance and see my EOB where it shows $0.00 co pay due), my insurance co. called their billing department to verify i do not have a copay, but they ignored that and continue to ask me for a copay. also, my pharmacy contacted genpsych for a refill multiple times and never got a response. thank goodness my primary care doc was able to fill the RX. i thank god i had an alternative to gen psych.
