The "Billing Loop" Scam: My subscription cycle just renewed today with 10,000 credits. In less than 30 minutes, their system drained 2,000 credits (20% of my monthly allowance) while failing to generate a single usable podcast. The AI gets stuck in a loop, admits failure, yet the billing system charges you for every failed "retry" automatically.2. Predatory Policy: You pay for the "attempt," not the result. If their AI hallucinates or fails to meet length requirements (e.g., generating 10 mins when you asked for 15), you still pay full price. This is theft disguised as a service.3. Zero Support: I have sent multiple emails and support tickets regarding this credit theft. They are completely unresponsive.
