We purchased an annual paid plan intending to use the service in a corporate environment. However, the account was created using Google login, and due to company security policies, personal Google accounts cannot be shared with team members.After contacting support, we were informed that it is not possible to change the login method, merge accounts, create an alternative account, or transfer credits, which makes the service completely unusable for its intended business purpose.At no point during the purchase process was it clearly stated that the login method would be permanent and non-transferable, nor that no alternative solution would be offered for paid business users.Despite having paid for a full annual subscription, no reasonable resolution or refund was offered. This situation reflects poor flexibility and lack of support for paying customers, especially those using the tool professionally.I hope the company reviews this case and provides a fair solution, such as a refund or reissuing the license under a corporate account.
