I was charged €207 (USD 329) for what was presented as a monthly subscription, supposedly billed on a monthly basis.I exercised my right of withdrawal within the 15-day period, in accordance with European regulations, and requested a refund. This request was refused without any valid justification. Since then, I have received no response to my complaints. Worse still, the service was suspended on my Genspark account even though the payment was fully processed. This is unacceptable. No transparency. Non-existent customer support.
